Description: The cracked leather on the ankle collar, the yellowing midsoles and oxidised sole reflects the aging of OG pairs from 1985. They have also paid homage to the original release pairs by using a thicker swoosh and higher cut, similar to what we saw with last year’s Neutral Grey release. The regular wrapping paper has been thrown out too, replaced by what resembles old newspaper that uses old Jordan ads as its print. The final cherry on top of the cake is the old receipt card. With this shoe being ‘lost’ way before contactless payments, the hand signed receipt card is a detail that truly seals the deal.
